Trondheim requires the manager and deputy to complete a Responsible Hosting course before the licence is granted. Processing time is up to 4 months.

Specific to Trondheim

The Responsible Hosting course is a full-day in-person course at the municipality where you meet case handlers, police and emergency medical services.

Trial period 2025–2027: can apply for extended serving hours until 03:00 on Friday/Saturday.

Manager and deputy MUST complete the Responsible Hosting course (full-day) before the licence is granted.
